At NIXAR, you don't just come to sleep. Here, spaces designed for you to feel free, comfortable, and at your own pace await you:

• The ground floor lounge is your meeting point. It has a fully equipped kitchen, tables for eating or having breakfast, cozy corners to relax, and space to work on your laptop. Ideal for meeting other travelers or getting away with your headphones and coffee.
• The rooftop terrace offers stunning views, abundant natural light, and a refreshing breeze. Perfect for enjoying a drink, reading in the sun, watching the sunset… or opening your laptop and working from home with a cold beer. Yes, there are power outlets.

There are no fixed rules here. You can have breakfast on the terrace, work on the sofa, or have dinner at the counter. Everything is designed for you to use however you like.
