The shared rooms have bunk beds and are booked per bed. The private rooms are entire rooms for couples or families.

The number (NIXBED 4 or 6) indicates the number of beds. COUPLE for couples, FAMILY for families, GIRLS for girls, ATIKO located on the upper floor with a terrace, and ACCESS adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Are there mixed and female-only rooms?
Yes, we offer mixed rooms and one specifically for women only (NIXBED GIRLS).
How do I know if I have a lower or upper bed?
Your specific bed or bunk will be automatically assigned after online check-in. You will receive the information along with your code.
Can I choose a specific bunk bed or bed?
No, beds are assigned automatically and it is not possible to choose a specific location within the room.
When will I be assigned a bed or bunk?

How often are the shared rooms cleaned?
A daily check is performed and a full cleaning is done every 2-3 days, or whenever a guest leaves their bed.
Are the bathrooms cleaned every day?
Yes, all restrooms are cleaned daily. During peak seasons, multiple cleanings may be performed per day as needed.
Is there a service for changing sheets or towels?
Bed linens are changed automatically between stays. If you stay more than 5 nights, you can request an intermediate change. Towels are changed only upon request or when you book extra cleaning.
Where do I leave the used towels?
You must deposit them in the return dispenser located next to the elevator on the ground floor. It is clearly marked and available 24/7.
Can I request an extra cleaning?
Yes, you can order it by scanning the QR code in your room or from your online account. There is an additional charge.
Do the rooms have lockers or secure storage for belongings?
Yes, each bed has an individual locker with enough space for your personal belongings.
How do I access my locker? Do I need a padlock?
No lock is needed. Your locker works with the same PIN code you use to enter your room.
Does the hostel have security cameras?
Yes, we have cameras in common areas, entrances, and hallways. Never in bedrooms or bathrooms. We only record for security purposes.
What should I do in case of emergency or evacuation?
Follow the instructions displayed on each floor. We'll also send them to you by email after check-in. For any emergencies, 24-hour support is available.
Can I leave my luggage in storage on the day of check-out?
Yes, we have luggage lockers available. You can book and pay directly from your mobile phone using a QR code.

Yes, from age 16 and up, and always with written authorization from a legal guardian. We do not accept unaccompanied minors under 16 years of age.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the hostel, neither in rooms nor in indoor common areas. You may only smoke on the terraces, and must do so respectfully.
