To ensure your experience and that of all our guests is unforgettable, we ask that you follow these simple rules:
1. Respect above all: We're one big family here. Please be respectful to other guests and staff. Treating others as you would like to be treated is always a good idea.
2. Hours: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out time is until 12:00 PM. If you need more time, please check with reception and we will try to accommodate you.
3. Moderate noise: We love good vibes and fun, but we also need a pleasant environment for everyone. We ask that you keep the volume low in common areas, especially at night.
4. Cleanliness: Let's help keep the hostel clean and welcoming. When using the kitchen, dining area, or lounge, please clean up after yourself. Good community living starts with cleanliness.
5. Room Usage: Rooms are designed for a specific number of people. Visitors are not allowed in the rooms. Please enjoy the common areas for socializing.
6. Pet Policy: At the moment, we do not accept pets inside the hostel. Thank you for your understanding.
7. Care of belongings: Each guest is responsible for their personal belongings. We recommend using the available lockers to store your valuables.
8. Rates and payments: Please ensure you pay for your stay upon check-in. We accept various payment methods.
9. Emergencies: In case of emergency, follow the instructions of the staff and locate the emergency exits. Safety is our priority.
10. Have fun and share: This is your home during your stay. Take the opportunity to meet other travelers, participate in activities, and enjoy everything Almería has to offer.
